Details: Gather Around Jesus’ Table: You are invited to share a holy meal with your faith family as we remember the last time Jesus gathered around a table with his inner circle. At the Last Supper Jesus instituted the practice of “remembering.” As we gather The Table of Jesus Christ will be at the center of our imagination and serving as our inspiration. Around tables, we will lift our voices in song, share prayers and poems, and interactive multi-media liturgies. We will remember the towel and basin. We will remember Jesus broke bread and shared cup. We will remember Jesus was left alone in his agony the Garden of Gethsemane. This is Maundy Thursday. The highlight of our Maundy Thursday gathering will be partaking in Holy Communion at your table as we “do this in remembrance” of Jesus. Nursery provided.
